• Impact: We prioritise partnerships that deliver measurable benefits for people, places, and the industry. Our focus is on initiatives that boost participation, enhance inclusion, and improve the daily lives of local residents or commercial real estate professionals. Whether it’s increasing youth access to sport, supporting Hitchin’s communities, or promoting better practices in the UK commercial property sector, we seek activities that create a lasting, positive impact rather than just short-term visibility.

Our teams get involved where we can because community is something we do, not just sponsor.
