How we do it?
We conduct a thorough assessment of your existing print fleet. We look at usage, the types of devices deployed, location, running costs and capital expenditure. This ‘big picture’ approach enables us to identify problems, inefficacies and unnecessary costs. It’s all about the data
At the heart of our solution is the Remote Monitoring Data Collection Agent (DCA). This software gathers usage data and toner level statistics from each printer on a daily basis, and communicates it back to our system. Whenever a printer passes a certain threshold, the relevant supplies are dispatched directly to site. These thresholds are customisable at device level, meaning that we can tailor the performance of the solution to meet your requirements.
