January national lockdown: business as usual

Dear customers:

Regrettably, we find ourselves in a third national lockdown. In light of the current coronavirus restrictions, we would like to reassure you that we will continue to provide you with reliable and uninterrupted service.

Our Service Desk will continue to operate normally, providing you with fast, reliable technical support and guidance by phone, email and online. Additionally, you will find a range of useful content on our News blog, Help pages and YouTube channel about working remotely.

Our service engineers will continue to attend on-site for important installation, repair and maintenance work. As an Alcumus accredited SafeContractor, you can be assured that Modern Networks continues to meet the very highest standards for risk assessment and health and safety in the workplace.

We will continue to monitor the situation, and will revise our plans where necessary in accordance with Government advice and recommendations. We will notify you of any significant changes.
