We are pleased to announce that the artsdepot and Modern Networks Windows 8 Pro case study has been published on Microsoft.com.

artsdepot provides a venue for theater, art shows, special events, and classes. About 100,000 people a year come to artsdepot to watch, learn, and be inspired. The London arts venue replaced old technology with the latest Microsoft devices, software, and cloud services to help employees work more productively and creatively. Moving to new IT infrastructure saved about $200,000 in update costs and saved an additional $35,000 a year on maintenance costs.

“Our old systems presented a dead end, but with Microsoft technology we feel anything is possible.”

Ron Clarke, Finance & Operations Director, artsdepot

In the face of aging computers and shrinking funding, artsdepot did what it does so well: think creatively. The London arts venue replaced stodgy old gear with the latest Microsoft devices, software, and cloud services to help employees work more productively and creatively. artsdepot employees enjoy faster and more reliable computers and can get work done from anywhere—while management halved technology costs and freed up more money for the arts.
