Modern Networks are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business IT Consultant to join our growing Client Relationship team based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. As a business Modern Networks provides a variety of IT Managed Services, Telecoms & ISP Services, Consultancy & Professional Services and Value Added Resale (VAR) Services. We partner with leading technology vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, HP, NetApp & VMware.
The Business IT Consultant will be responsible for;
- Leading a number of high value client engagements
- Meeting clients face to face to discuss existing services & future requirements
- Providing strategic IT and communications advice
- Writing reports for clients detailing your recommendations
- Working with clients and internal teams to improve the quality of service delivered
The Business IT Consultant is the face of Modern Networks within our client’s organisations. Aiming to be the clients trusted advisor you will need to be professional at all times, an excellent communicator with detailed IT and Communications knowledge, and strong organisational skills.
The ideal candidate would have technical or consultancy experience within a service provider business such as an MSP, VAR, Telecoms / ISP, or Technology Distributor business, or senior IT management experience within a commercial organisation.
