London, 17th February 2016. Modern Networks today announces that it has successfully completed a workspace transformation project for Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, an international architectural practice, at their new headquarters in the Leadenhall building, London. The solution offers an unrivalled collaborative and mobility experience for its workforce of 200+ leaving behind the legacy traditional network to enable the business to move into a new era of Fast IT.

The complete review of RHSP’s IT was aligned to business strategy requirements from across all departments and stakeholders within the organisation. The solution designed by Modern Networks included technologies from leading vendors such as Cisco, NetApp and Citrix, encompassing a new datacentre environment, a full collaboration suite – including video, enterprise networking, Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) technology to introduce true workforce mobility, remote application streaming and wireless, all underpinned with the latest security solutions.

Workforce mobility was a key business criteria for RSHP. They wanted a more flexible working environment for their architects that would enhance the workspace and provide a consistent, collaborative user experience from whichever office they were situated.

Mark Read, IT Co-ordination Manager at Roger Stirk Harbour & Partners explained “ The business has gone through a complete IT transformation – using technology to help us work better internally and with our customers, accelerating our decision making and agility you could check here. We can now even use this technology to collaborate on projects with external consultants during building design projects.”

Mark added “ Modern Networks understood our business and listened to key stakeholders – this collaboration combined with their technical experience was the real value for us. Our partnership continues as they work alongside our IT team to manage the IT estate to maximise the potential of the new technology now in place.”

James Tizzard, Group Sales & Marketing Director at Modern Networks said “Working with RSHP to achieve this level of business transformation meant combining leading-edge technology with the determination to achieve a completely new working environment. The success of the project is due to the true collaboration of multiple departments within RSHP, from building designers, space planners, HR, facilities, consultants to senior departmental heads – all working together so we could achieve an unrivalled working environment for their staff”
